How can I pay?
You can pay through my online shop using Paypal or a credit card through Paypal.
When I order a printable party designs, what happens next? Once your order is placed and payment has been received, you will receive a link to download your file straight away. If you do not see it please check your junk folder.
What is the delivery time for delivered products?
For printed items and party supplies: After you have placed your order and we receive payment, the order will be processed within three business days. Delivery time depends the size of the packages and your location. For more information about shipping to your location please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org
If I want to add to my order is that possible?
Please email me at email@example.com if the order has not been sent, I will be happy to include it.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Usually your order will be shipped in 3 business days. I will email you a confirmation when the order has been sent. Please look in your spam/junk folder if you cannot see the email.
Our refund/return policy:
Please let me know within 3 days of receipt of your order if you have a problem. I will try very hard to resolve the problem.
Printable items cannot be refunded due to the digital nature of the product.
Personalised Printed stationery cannot be refunded because you will have already proofed and approved the product
All other returns must be authorised by firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, I do not offer refunds. Instead, I offer credit for my online store.
To return an item it must be:
returned within 14 days of the date your order was received.
I will give credit to my online store when the return has been received and inspected. I will also apply a 15% restocking fee. The return shipping costs are nonrefundable. All the costs of the return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. The returns must shipped prepaid, insured and with a tracking number for documentation purposes.
